BlackShark V2 Pro - Synapse settings are not applying

Hi,
I’m using the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro. When I adjust my microphone settings through Synapse, the sound quality is great and background noise is filtered out. However, these settings are not applying outside of Synapse’s own mic test.

  • In Discord, Windows Sound Control Panel, or any other software, the mic sounds unfiltered and background noise (like keyboard sounds) comes through.

  • It feels like Synapse settings are not being applied at all.

  • I already tried different USB ports, updated drivers, and even reinstalled Synapse, but the issue persists.

Things I have already tried:

  • Updating, resetting, and reapplying drivers (currently on the newest available: 2.6.11 Headset / 2.4.1 Dongle)

  • Installing different Synapse versions

  • Uninstalling drivers from Windows and letting them reinstall

  • Testing all kinds of microphone settings inside Synapse

  • Disabling “Audio enhancements” in Windows sound settings for the headset

Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

I have he same issue with V2. The only fix is to reconnect the sound card. But after restarting PC it comes back.
