I’m experiencing an issue with my BlackShark V3 Pro after performing a firmware update through Razer Synapse.
After the update:
- The USB dongle no longer lights up
- The dongle is not detected by my PC
- There is no audio when using wireless mode
However:
- The headset still works normally when connected via USB (wired mode)
I have already tried the following:
- Using different USB ports
- Restarting my PC
- Reinstalling Razer Synapse
- Attempting to re-pair the headset
The issue started immediately after the firmware update, and it seems the dongle may have failed during the process.
What can I do?
