BlackShark V3 Pro Dongle Not Working After Update

I’m experiencing an issue with my BlackShark V3 Pro after performing a firmware update through Razer Synapse.

After the update:

  • The USB dongle no longer lights up
  • The dongle is not detected by my PC
  • There is no audio when using wireless mode

However:

  • The headset still works normally when connected via USB (wired mode)

I have already tried the following:

  • Using different USB ports
  • Restarting my PC
  • Reinstalling Razer Synapse
  • Attempting to re-pair the headset

The issue started immediately after the firmware update, and it seems the dongle may have failed during the process.

What can I do?

same here my dongle stopped working after the update all of a sudden mid gaming and my headset is brand new out the box only 2 weeks usage

Hey guys,

I had the same issue, the solution fo me was:

 

  1. Download the new firmware https://rzr.to/68hyj5 .
  2. After that i had to unplug the dongle and plug in the headset directly to the PC with the orginal cable (same cable that the dongle was connected to)  unplug or disable any other BT reciver on the pc.
  3. Then the headset starts to update, after that reset the pc and i should work.
