Blackwidow V3 Volume Wheel Light Malfunction After Synapse Update

Blackwidow V3 (Analog) volume wheel light completely turns off while adjusting volume or while muted, after the 26-Mar-2025 Synapse update - it’s supposed to glow white during adjustment, and red while muted. I downgraded to Synapse 3 from 4, and it works perfectly fine again so it seems to be a Synapse issue. Are there any fixes, and how do I get this to the attention of Razer?

    My Blackwidow V4 Pro has had an issue as well after going to Synapse 4 where using MY volume wheel or any other key (mouse or keyboard) to adjust volume spikes my CPU usage all the way to 100% and bogs down the system where as on synapse 3 it never spiked over 5% usage…….absolutely nothing else has changed and this is an issue now

    Seeing the same issue since upgrading to Synapse 4 from 3. Blackwidow V3 is now a scroll wheel instead of volume control and I can not see anything from logs to rebooting that is explaining why.
