Hi Razer Support Team,
I’m using the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro with Razer Synapse 4, and I’ve noticed that the Esports Equalizer presets have been significantly reduced. Previously, there were many official and pro player-tuned EQ profiles available, but now only 6 remain: Apex Legends, Call of Duty, Fortnite, Counter-Strike 2, Halo Infinite, and Valorant. All other presets — especially the professional player configurations — have completely disappeared.
This happened after a recent login/update. I have not changed any settings manually. Other users on Reddit and Razer Insider forums appear to have reported similar issues.

OS: Windows 11
Issue: Esports Equalizer presets reduced from many to only 6; pro player EQ profiles missing
Could you please investigate whether this is caused by a server-side change, a sync issue, or a recent software update? A rollback or restoration of the full preset library would be greatly appreciated.
