Hello,

I can’t connect my Razer Barracuda Pro headset to Synapse 3 — it doesn’t show up there. I can connect it to Synapse 4, but I’m unable to use the THX settings. It doesn’t work like I see in the videos.

What should I do? Did I make a mistake during the setup?

Hello,

My Razer Barracuda Pro headset works normally on my PC (sound and microphone are fine), but it does not appear in Razer Synapse 3.

I already tried the following steps:

  • Reinstalled Synapse 3

  • Updated firmware and pairing utility

  • Tested different USB ports

  • Removed conflicting software (e.g. Nahimic, Realtek tools)

The headset still doesn’t show up in Synapse. Could you please help me fix this?
