Cryo Pro Ultra resolutions

All Cryo Pro Ultra Resolutions within the Synapse 4 Camera Processing tab are for NTSC - ie they are all 60/30 FPS. I am in the UK and require resolutions for PAL - ie 50/25 FPS, for camera input into the software I use.

Although I set the image anti-flicker to 50Hz, as used by PAL, the Synapse resolutions don’t change to suit.

Any chance of an update or info’ how to use the camera on PAL sytems?

OK, well this is a reply to using the Cryo Pro Ultra with my software (vMix), which runs PAL, not NTSC - and the answer is to disable the Cryo Pro Ultra’s microphone & then choose the Film 24 FPS option within my software.

These actions stop the error messages appearing & provide a view from the camera.

As the camera is then being used by vMix, the preview & controls within Synapse 4 are no longer available - so I can’t use the zoom utility, for instance.

Further to my first reply, the errors were entirely down to having the Cryo Pro Ultra’s microphone enabled!

Despite Synapse not offering 50/25 FPS options, choosing PAL 25 FPS within vMix allows the view from the camera to be imported & shown.
