Device tab is blank

The problem

After the recent Razer Synapse 4 update, somewhere around the end of April - the beginning of May, my laptop settings tab became completely blank.

Exactly the same blank tab as in the image in the topic at the link:

Only in my case, instead of "kraken v3 pro" it was my laptop "blade 16".

The solution

I managed to fix the problem this way:

  1. Delete the "Razer" folder in the directory - "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\";
  2. Open "System Settings -> Apps -> Installed apps -> Razer Synapse (three dots, click on modify)". Click "Repair" in the app that opens.

After completing these steps, log in to your profile in Razer Synapse. It will load the previous settings from your profile and download and install all the necessary modules, just like during in a first clean installation. After rebooting the laptop, the device settings tab was no longer blank. I did this with version 4.0.662, but the problem may have appeared earlier.
