Discussion: Does Windows Game Mode block profile switching?

The issue in that thread is an intentional blacklisting of certain executable names. You can find the full blacklist in the following configuration file:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Razer Services\GMS3\blacklist.xml

I found that after removing a program’s executable name from that configuration file, profile switching begins to work normally with it.

In my case, I have been using a “Browser” profile with Firefox and Edge for several weeks now, and have not noticed any side effects whatsoever from un-blacklisting them.
