Display Settings for Blade 16 blank in Synapse 4

When cycling through the setting tab within Synapse4 for the Blade 16

the display settings are blank when I click display and therefore cannot adjust the display settings.

i have reinstalled synapse and the problem persists

Any Thoughts?
