After spending hours troubleshooting with Gemini and Razer support, I’m curious if the Razer Connect tab actually shows anything for anyone else. After talking to support they said it should be under the synapse dashboard, however I can only find Connect after opening “More” and then "Chroma app”. From Synapse, if I go to modules, I dont see Connect (I’ll attach a photo of what I see). If I open Chroma, then I see Connect (attaching a photo of that as well).
In short, I’m just trying to configure Fornite to work with Connect, and apparently you have to configure this through the Connect tab. Side note, I already have Hue setup and it works, but according to Gemini and support I should see this in the connect tab as well. I’ll attach a photo of what my Connect tab looks like as well. Has anyone else experienced this or have any insight here? I did a full reinstall yesterday and same issue.
