Dongle connection issue with deathadder v4pro

As you can see in the attached photo file, the device is turned off and cannot be connected. All the methods the support page has told me will not fix this.

I have same problem. and it seems mouse or laser still working and I cant shut dowd or reboot device

Hello guys!

 

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
