Error "Server access unavailable" - can't install any razer app

Just bought a new Barracuda Pro headset and a Viper V3 HyperSpeed mouse. Whenever I launch installer for Synapse, I get Server Access Unavailable. 


Went through all of the troubleshooting steps found online with no luck. 


Tried to updated BIOS, turn VPN on/off, turn Firewall & Windows defender ON / OFF,  add exceptions etc to firewall, change IPV4/IPV6 settings,  launching installer through earlier versions, trying to install other razer apps first (can’t install anything, same error every time), made sure network drivers and windows is updated, tried wired connection, tried mobile hotspot, WIFI, removed all razer devices and their drivers. Probably forgot to mention a few more since I’ve been at it for hours.

Literally nothing seems to make a difference and at this point I’m losing hope which is a shame since there’s so much of the headset features locked behind Synapse and I just bought them today. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
