Hi everyone,
A few weeks ago (I believe right after a Windows update), I started noticing brief mouse "stutters" during the first minutes after startup — it would happen once or twice, then stop, with no crash. I had never experienced this before.
A few days ago, this escalated: the mouse stuttered, then both my monitors went completely black and the system became fully unresponsive — mouse frozen, no input at all. I had to force a shutdown via the power button.
I checked Event Viewer afterward and found a Kernel-Power Event ID 41 (Critical) with BugcheckCode 0, meaning no clean BSOD or crash dump was written — just a full hard freeze. I also ran a complete hardware diagnostic (UserDiag) right after: 0 WHEA errors, 0 incidents, everything nominal on temps/voltages/components. So the hardware looks completely healthy.
I'm on Windows 11 25H2, using a Razer DeathAdder with Synapse. I just did a full clean uninstall/reinstall of Synapse (using the official CleanupRazerDrivers tool) to see if it resolves the issue — I'll report back in a few days once I've had time to observe.
