Fresh install of Windows and Synapse 4 and Profiles are useless.

Just build my new PC. with a fresh copy of Windows 11 Pro and  download a fresh copy Synapse 4. I have a Tartarus V2 and a NagaV2 Pro. The profiles appear to migrate from Razer Cloud storage. Downloaded fresh copies of my games to new a NvMe drive. I go to test one of the games with the New Synapse 4 and nothing happens. I see all the profiles and Marcos. I tested manually changing to the game’s profile. The profile seem to load but if I press the button the default key action happens. This happened the last time I tested upgrading to 4. I immediately deleted it and went back to 3 with zero profiles issue. I guess something is not functioning properly but I’m not aware of anything else that is needed. For the initial upgraded I followed the step to do it and it failed just as bad.  Any advise other then going back to 3 since it’s near end of life? Thanks in advance.

Yeah i’ve been getting hypervisor screens of death…..did a fresh install nothing on my pc. installed synaspse 4 and soon as it loads back to the hypervisor screens of death.   app does nothing but kill my pc, completly useless.  i use a tartarus pro and a naga trinity. i’ll prob goto logitech or somethiing  tired of this, all the years of problems.
