left button is grayed out, doesn't work

Hey
Do you mean to say that your left click is unresponsive? If yes, can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the input issue? Please be advised that the left click is greyed out in Synapse because it is not remappable.
