How to create multiple profiles for the same game on Synapse?

I have been using Logitech mice for years and it was a basic, easy-to-use feature of the GHub that you could create as many unique profiles as you wanted for each individual game. But I cannot for the life of me figure out how to create additional profiles for games already linked to my Naga V2 Hyperspeed mouse. When I try to link a 2nd profile, it refuses to let me click on a game that is already linked to another profile.

Please can someone explain to me how to do this? I find it hard to believe that it’s impossible, yet I can’t find anything here, on Reddit, or elsewhere, that answers my question. I’m really hoping I didn’t drop nearly $200 on a mouse that won’t let me play my games with more than one class.

Also, please advise if this was the correct location for this post. I wasn’t sure if I should put it here or in “Razer Support.” Thanks!

I’m new to Razer. Been having some issues with Synapse 4 so, after having read several posts here about how Synapse 3 is better, I thought I’d try the older version. During the installation, I got a pop-up saying Synapse 4 would be uninstalled, but not to worry because my profiles were saved on the cloud and could be easily downloaded anytime if I returned to Synapse 4. Seemed great, so I went ahead.

Well, Synapse 3 didn’t solve my biggest problem. So I went back to Synapse 4, rather than have to recreate all my different profiles in Synapse 3. Except it turns out that Razer lied to me! I go to import my profiles from the cloud and all I get is a little construction pylon and the message “This feature is currently in the works.”

Are you kidding me with this? That is some top-notch garbage right there. Thanks for nothing, Razer.

(Posted again because for some reason this got tacked onto the end of a question I posted earlier, instead of as an individual thread like I told the website to do)
