I recently bought a second Razer Cobra mouse because my old one broke. Since I’ve been using this new one, I’ve had a constant issue where I can’t change the sensitivity. Restarting my PC didn’t help, and neither did uninstalling and reinstalling Razer Synapse. I didn’t have this problem with my old mouse. Can someone help me?

Let me help you with your mouse. Have you tried changing the DPI via Synapse and the multifunction button of your mouse? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the DPI issue.
