I can’t change the sensitivity on my Razer Cobra.

I recently bought a second Razer Cobra mouse because my old one broke. Since I’ve been using this new one, I’ve had a constant issue where I can’t change the sensitivity. Restarting my PC didn’t help, and neither did uninstalling and reinstalling Razer Synapse. I didn’t have this problem with my old mouse.
