I get a problem on Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Mini 65% 8 kHz like other people

I get a problem like:
My Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHz keyboard after updating to the latest firmware. Since the update, the keyboard frequently stops registering key inputs every 1–2 hours at a time, even though the lights remain on and the device appears connected. This has significantly disrupted my work and gaming experience.I kindly request that Razer provide a solution to this issue, or guidance on how to safely rollback/downgrade the firmware to a stable version.
what should I do, I just buy this for a week.

      If still no one can help I think I need to get a new keyboard… I am so bad luck
