I'm trying to launch synapse 4 and chroma and the GUI isnt showing up

Synapse 4 and chroma runs successfully in the background but I’m not able to launch the GUI to make adjustments. I recently installed the finals and I’m unsure if this issue is related. How do I troubleshoot this?

omg, i uninstalled the finals and instantly, without needing to restart the computer, synapse 4 opens.

same problem but uninstalling the finals didnt help
