Hi, I need to know why my mouse is not working. Let’s look at the picture. Do you see extra buttons that the mouse allows to change anything keyblind? It works when the mouse is moving, click and drag, but the extra button won’t work on Synapse 4. However, my mouse works fully on Synapse 3, unlike Synapse 4.
Please let me know if you plan to add the list to this mouse or fix it. I’m really disappointed that I used Synapse 4. I hope you will understand this. Thank you.
