After updating Razer Synapse 3, the sound quality became poor, and I decided to install Razer Synapse 4. I noticed that the sound balance in my Razer BlackShark V2 | RZ04-03230 headphones was uneven. The sound that should have been coming from the right side was instead coming from the left. I checked all settings in Windows and the headphones themselves, but I couldn't fix the issue. I tried uninstalling the audio drivers a few times, but it didn't help. I also tried calibrating the spatial sound, but that didn't resolve the problem. Eventually, I decided to go back to the old version of Synapse 3, but the sound quality still doesn't satisfy me. I would like to find a way to resolve this problem and eventually switch to Synapse 4.

I used Synapse 3 for years with almost zero issues EVER and I applaud them for that HOWEVER after going to Synapse 4 a few months ago I have had nothing but issues with (Kraken V3 Pro + Naga V2 Hyperspeed + Blackwidow V4 Pro) the same tinny sounding crap happening randomly for seemingly no reason…… the headset randomly losing connection or turning itself off even while fully charged…… randomly having mic issues where the sidetone feature just stops working and wont work in software either……..all of these issues I have to actually unplug the USB dongle and put it back in for it to work again

so disappointing
