Key bind goes back to a wrong setting

I am using razer synapse 4 and a while ago I key binded the back tick to the escape key but I then deleted it. The problem that I have is it came back to that setting. And every time I reset this key bind after a restart of my computer it goes back to the setting with the back tick. Can someone help me fix this ?

I have an entire profile where this is happening.  My Excel profile keeps getting overwritten by my autocad profile.  I have tried a few things to stop it, but nothing seems to be working.

 

Using a Tartarus Pro.

This is happening on my Huntsman V3 Pro Mini as well. It seems to me that Razer software/firmware is generally buggy. A workaround is to bind the key to “Navigation > Esc”.
