Around a week ago I upgraded to synapse 4, and with it came a butt load of problems.
The keyboard keybinds keep reverting to the original. I have unplugged, restarted pc, uninstalled and reinstalled, tried changing the art software shortcuts to the original keybinds but not all of them work (caps lock cant be used as a shortcut). Not to mention sometimes the keys stop working entirely. I usually unplug and plug back in and it may work for a very short time after, about 2-10 mins usually.
I understand my tartarus pro is old and I *could* consider replacement, but how do I know if it will work with a new one? It seems to be the software not the hardware.
Everything was working perfectly before update.
Please help me if you can, I have gotten extremely comfortable with this over the years and trying just a normal keyboard isn’t the same and really slows me down. I’m a busy artist with lots of work to do
