Kiyo Pro with Synapse 4 prevents apps from recognizing Nvidia Broadcast as an available camera | Razer Insider

I used Nvidia  Broadcast for meetings with Videoconference apps like Webex. After installing Synapse 4, my meetings app says that the Camera is not available. Other app is using it. So, if I close (exit the app ) Synapse, my meetings immediately recognizes Nvidia Broadcast. 

I have the same issue with Nvidia Broadcast, the camera is available in Slack or other apps, but not there. Exiting Synapse doesn’t seem to fix the issue in my case.

Edit: Manually updating Drivers through the device manager and restarting my pc seems to have fixed the issue.

It is working fine for me on 23H2 with Synapse 4 and Kiyo Pro. So it may well be a 24H2 issue.

I’m sticking with 23H2 for WMR support.
