Kracken Headset issues with Synapse

Ok so I’ve had the Kraken BT KItty edition headset for so long (the completely wireless one without a mic). Sadly after so long one of the ear cushions stretched out and keeps coming off and the cushion for the head has really torn. So I had gotten a new one. My old one never worked with synapse 4 when that came out so I had downgraded back to 3 (Always came up “Device is switched off”). When I not the new one, assuming it may be more compatible I upgraded back to 4 and same issue went back to 3. No issues. Recently got a new PC earlier this month and was sad to know synapse 3 is no longer available to download. If the headset is off it doesn’t show, which is normal. Once I turn the headset on my pc connects with no issue and it lists in Synapse 4 as “Device is switched off” however since I try not to wear the newer headset while my hair is wet I use the old one since it’s messed up anyway. That one now works in synapse 4 (even though it previously didn’t on the old pc) but the new one just doesn’t register. Reached out to support for help and over 2 weeks with no response. The headset keeps disconnecting randomly if no audio is playing. Usually within 5 minutes of no sound and sometimes it doesn’t seem to go off at all. And on occasion it goes off randomly while audio is playing. Not sure if this audio issue is the headset itself or something I can fix in synapse but since I can’t get it to work in synapse 4 I’m not sure how I can figure it out.
