I recently bought the kraken kitty v3 pro and it will not connect to Razer synapse wirelessly. I can connect it fine to my pc via Bluetooth however the mic quality is poor and I am unable to hear any video game I play on it despite messing with the audio multiple times.
I am able to connect to the Razer synapse with a wire connection but would appreciate it if I can connect wirelessly since that is the main reason I bought these head phones
