The cooling pad does not work after the firmware update. Only the red light blinks, it doesn't check the temperature, and it doesn't work at all. I deleted and reinstalled Synapse 4 and even formatted the PC. What on earth was this update for? Please take quick action.

hi, I had the same problem, here's what helped me. Completely remove all applications related to RAZER, check this in the program installation so that there is nothing related to RAZER, then reboot the PC and install only synapse 4 and everything should work (synapse will update your equipment and firmware for a long time) the most interesting thing is that RAZER recommends using a 14-16 magnetic pad for a 16 blade (23-24), but it is not suitable in size and the foam covers part of the air intake hole

Even after completely uninstalling the application, the same symptoms persisted, so I formatted it, but it didn't help. My razor blade is 18 inches.

follow the steps that I wrote above, in order and additionally enable undervoltage protection in the BIOS so that the razer identifies your equipment. just do exactly what I wrote and everything will work
