Lights off in razer mouse and keyboard just after launching Quake Champions

I have razer synapse 4 and all lights tunf off in razer devices after launching the game. If i stop razer synapse software the lignts turn on again. I followed razer guidelines in order to disable dinamic screen in windows. Can anyone faced this issue?. Thanks
