i installed and uninstalled razer synapse 4, then installed razer synapse 3 but my macros dont work, i click on macro tab and nothing happens, it doesnt get open, what can i do?

Update. To the guy that asked for support but doesnt look to have had any.Delete everything razor you can. Reinstall and log in and download everything again. Seems to have got everything working.It’ll be a long time before i try synapse 4 again.
