mapped volume keys no longer continuously change volume when held down

Does anyone elses keys mapped to volume not change the volume more than one step when you hold it down? This only happened recently, which im assuming is from the update and it doesnt occur when using a saved profile when synapse is closed

    I do on a Huntsman Elite
    It is definitely a Synapse 4 issue though, because if I close Synapse 4 it works again. Likewise, if I go back to Synapse 3 it works

      I have the same keyboard and issue or Razer Cynosa v2
      I tried removing all Razer software, deleting all files, then a clear install, without login in to auto-download profiles / macros / extra settings from cloud, but the issue remains.
      If you close razer synapse, the problem disappears. Hopefully Razer will fix this issue.

      Very annoying issue after you get used to the functionality of the volume buttons for years.
