So, when I switched over I set the lighting on the dock and no issues. I went and sync’d the mouse and instantly it went to the OOTB lighting settings. I went into the mouse, changed lighting - No changes. I docked the mouse wondering if there was a sync issue - No change. I turned off/on, rebooted, resynced, et cetera - Still no luck. I can’t control the lighting AT ALL via Synapse 4 for the mouse while using the dock. It’s sad that adding more Razer hardware to my mix broke what worked originally with the USB dongle and or bluetooth.
Current setup of gear managed in my Synapse 4 is as follows:
- Razer Huntsman V3 Pro 8KHZ
- Razer Mouse Dock Pro
- Razer Basilisk V34 Pro 35K
Hope to see this get resolved in a future release / update of Synapse or mouse firmware/driver. Thanks!
