Multi-device pairing bug

When I use my mouse dongle pairing my mouse(DeathAdder V3 Pro) and my keyboard(BlackWidow V3 Hyperspeed), I can not control the lighting of my keyboard. If I use each device's dongle separately then each device works fine. I have never seen this problem in Synapse 3. It seems like I am not alone.

I have the same issue, it was working fine on Synapse 3!  So frustrating. My keyboard dongle has connection issues as well, but worked great with multi-device pairing on Synapse 3 with my mouse dongle. Please fix!

Could you test it on Synapse 4? https://www.razer.com/synapse-4

I have tested the newest version, but the problem still exists.

Strange… I’d do clean Synapse reinstall (it removes all the drivers and leftovers):

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

Still the same. I guess that in synapse 4, when you use mouse  dongle pairing mouse and keyboard, you can’t control the light of keyboard, on the contrary when you use keyboard dongle, you can’t control the light of mouse either.

I have returned to Synapse 3. Synapse 4 is still a semi-finished product.
