I'm experiencing an issue after logging into Razer Synapse. There's an undeletable default app profile that seems permanently saved in the cloud. It syncs back to my local device every time I log in, and it sometimes prevents me from adding new profiles.

After digging around in the Synapse app features, I finally spotted the factory reset button. It turned out to be exactly what I needed to fix the profile.
