I have razer barracuda (not X or Pro) headphones but razer synapse 4 doesn't detect them scan doesn't start. my computer detects the headphones as USBAudio1.0 when i plug in the usb-c dongle. the headphones work normally but they don't connect to synapse 4. (the dongle is connected to the graphics card because that's the only place i have usb-c) (razer blackshark v2 pro are detected normally)

Fighting with the same issue. The headset works, but Synapse just notes detecting device…If I unplug the receiver from USB and plug it in again the detecting switches to Razer Barracuda, but no setting are possible.Tried removing the headset from Synapse and reconnect already, but this didn’t work either.
