My Razer Synapse 4 program won’t start.

I downloaded Razer Synapse 4 from the official Razer website. It only opens right after the installation succeeds. Once I finish adjusting the settings and close the window, I can’t open it again.Also, it isn’t running in the background on my computer. The only way to get back in is to re-download it.
