Hey guys! o/ I just wondered if anyone else has this issue. Basically, my macros module is working fine, as are my macros themselves: recording, moving, renaming, using, etc. all work fine. I’m talking about Synapse 4, btw.
The problem is that when I create a macro folder and then move any of my macros to it, then whenever I reload the macros module (reboot system, update Synapse, etc.), there is a copy of the macro I put in the folder, which is placed outside of the folder.
The copy seems to be “linked” to the original macro, as well, as deleting the duplicate (the one outside the folder) results in the original macro (inside the folder) being deleted, as well. And if I drag the duplicate into the folder, too, then restarting results in yet another copy being created at the “root” level. I love the fact you can group macros inside folders, but I don’t dare use them now, due to this bug/glitch/issue.
As for what peripherals I’m using, I’m not sure if that’s relevant, as this seems to be a Synapse 4 issue, but just in case, I’m using a Naga V2 Hyperspeed MMO mouse and Ornata V3 X keyboard, both of which seem to be working perfectly, so far. Incidentally, Synapse 4’s other modules, and the program itself, are also working as expected, apart from this frustrating yet minor issue confined to the Macros module.
Thanks in advance for any information! :)
P.S. I just installed a Synapse 4 update, which became available as I wrote this (v1.1.97), but the issue remains.
