Naga Pro, Cant change colours in Razer Chroma??

Same here, everything works but the Naga Pro. It doesn’t light up at all. What a disappointment.

rdalcrost,, your post is a bit confusing for me, your title is about Razer Chroma, yet in your post you write about Razer Synapse 4, which doesn’t have any color settings. I’ll assume you’re talking about Razer Chroma.

Maybe there’s a conflict with the Dynamic lighting settings of windows?

I don’t have exactly the same problem but similar,  I’m on Razer Synapse 3.9.806.81316.

Mine was working until windows installed Dynamic lighting, I didn’t have time to check it over so I just clicked it away, the next day when I started up my PC suddenly my Razer Naga Pro lights didn’t work. I couldn’t find anything online except for this post in the forum. After some looking around in the settings I found this in Razer Synapse:

After I changed the settings it still didn’t work, I disconnected my mouse and reconnected it again and it worked fine again. Not sure which steps made it work, but I’m glad for me it’s solved at the moment. I hope it won’t come back again.

Just sharing my experience, I hope this helps you a step closer to a solution.

After this post I’ll also install the Razer  Synapse 4, I’ll check back and update the post if it works for me or not.


Update: 

I’ve installed Razer Synapse 4 and Razer Chroma, the profiles didn’t get transferred so everything is reset to basic. After the setup I’ve changed the colors in Chroma and settings in Razer Synapse 4 to be similar to my previous setup in Razer Synapse 3, everything seems to be functional. I really like the new look and functionality.

 

It’s all good now. 
 

chroma is in fact installed with synapse4 it’s just a separate part of the app. 
 

but either an update happened. Or a few restarts by me. Now the naga pro works. I can change colours and save profiles. 

I’m glad it worked out for you, now I’m stuck with the same problem, I can get it to work unless I disconnect it and reconnect the cable. But on next restart the lights are off again. So whatever I said before wasn’t really helpful for solving the issue. 😂

Plugging it into a USB 3 port solved it. 🤔😁 No more issue’s. It seems to be a power issue for me, strange it happened after I switched to synapse 4.
