I am using a Viper V3 Hyperspeed and Synapse 4. On-the-fly sensitivity function does not work correctly. It works correctly only in Synapse 3.
I assign it to a side button (i.e. button 4 on the side) and then hold down that button. When I move the mouse wheel up or down, DPI status appears in the bottom right but:
- The bar is not visible and does not respond to mouse wheel up or down
- Mouse sensitivity is instantly changed to 30,000 and stays there regardless
- The Sensitivity DPI box shows blank even though it is at 30k
This is extremely frustrating as on-the-fly sensitivity is important for FPS games. Any fixes on the horizon? Mouse firmware has also been updated to the latest version.
