Phased Macro not working

Hi all!
Just updated from Syn3 to Syn4, phased macros seems what I always desired for my Razer macros.

 

Of course, it doesn't work at all lol. Even making the simplest macro (On Press: letter A - While Held: letter B - On Release: letter C) is simply not triggering.


I tried different keys but I keep getting the same “non”-result. The macro is simply not triggered as I'd never press the button. (It's correctly assigned to the key of course).


Any ideas? The mouse is a Lancehead TE (pretty old, could this be the reason? I thought macro is a software thing) and I have Synapse opened while testing; the profile is not on-board.

UPDATE:

I just tried with an older account and the phased macro seems to work. 

With my main account (where I migrated Syn3 macros & profiles), it seems not to work.

I also tried a brand new profile on my main account (since I’m using migrated profiles right now) but nothing changed.

 

The macro simply won’t trigger. Crazy.

UPDATE 2:

My friend tried first, and it worked for him the first time. I tried giving him my main account and the phased macro wasn’t working anymore lol. What happened to my account :’)
