They wrote that support for Synapse 3 profiles will be introduced with the stable release of Synapse 4. So they are either lying or this isn’t really a stable release.
Not even sure why this wasn’t ready on release. Why does Razer think this wouldn’t be important. Who wants to manually go through & set up all these profiles again. They must not be gamers. Any gamer will have so many profiles set up. I don’t have the time for this hassle. Pass
If I as software engineer would be so negligent as to not providing a migration tool for a new version, I’d run out of customers pretty soon. This is just ridiculous.
By the time they release this, their customers will have either already gone through the pain of manually recreating their profiles, or rage-quit to another brand.
Can’t get Tartarus pro profiles to migrate. Keep getting error. Reinstalled synapse 3 and everything is there.
Has the Tartarus Pro profile import issue been fixed. I know this is an old post, but I tried this just a couple months ago and Synapse 4 imported everything BUT my Tartarus Pro profiles with an error stating the file it was importing was corrupt. Anyone confirm this as still an issue or not?

It still doesn’t work. It doesn’t matter if I reinstall Synapse 3 and try upgrading again. The profiles work fine in 3, but can’t be migrated in 4.
This functionality was promised to be ready with Synapse 4’s public release, so why it is still not available?

Agreed, this is essential to migrate versions.
and no Macros from synapse 3 is working in Synapse 4 :(

I also encountered the same situation
Support told me that they plan to release a migration tool in the future.
Trouble is they are telling people to install Synapse 4 now and won’t provide any support for issues with Synapse 3.

Amazing! Arrived too late for me, but hopefully it works for others.
Shame they are still not providing a meaningful change log.
Thanks, will check it out in the evening.
I can happily report that it works just fine. :)
