Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed, synapse 4 doesn‘t work

The mouse is getting shown and I can create macros but as soon as i want to change the aktions of the Buttons the Page turns gray and I cant do anything

I already asked this but got no reply. My mouse works normal and is shown in Synapsen 4. I can also create Macros ,chroma as well as I can change the dpi but as soon as i try to edit the Buttons the Page turns gray and it wont load.

It works again I just had to log out create the things and log back in
