This is my first time buying a Razer product and I'm really disappointed. I wanted to get a high-quality product that I could use without issues, but this problem has really frustrated me😡

I downloaded Synapse 3 thinking there might be an issue with version 4, but even in Synapse 3, only the volume control worked, and other features were completely unresponsive.
I completely uninstalled Synapse 4, cleaned the AppData folder, and reinstalled it, but it didn't fix anything. I also updated the drivers, yet the problem persists.
