If my Razer Blackshark V2 X USB headset is not compatible with Synapse, will Razer fix it and add this device to Synapse or not?

because I thought razer cares about its customers and products cost so much money and they don't support the software?? what if razer added incompatible devices to their software? :D

No chance.

If it was not compatible before, it’ll be still not compatible in the future. And even for some devices like analog headphones you cannot add software compatibility, because it’s not physically possible.
