Hi everyone! I bought Razer Blackshark V3 headphones. It seems to me that the sound on them is very muffled, not like it was on my old Kraken Pros. When I apply equalizer presets, the situation doesn't change much; I can hear footsteps in games, but the sound is muffled, like from a barrel, and THX is turned off.
My next question is related to the fact that the esports equalizer presets are gone from the settings, only 6 standard ones remain. What is the reason for this? Also, at the bottom of the equalizer, the frequency labels are gone. I mean labels like: Sub-bass, Midrange, Footsteps, Jumps — they are no longer there.
