I am experiencing an issue with my Razer BlackShark V3 Pro headset microphone.
Details of the problem:
- When Razer Synapse is uninstalled, the microphone works normally.
- Once Synapse is reinstalled, the microphone stops working completely.
- I have already updated both the headset and dongle firmware to the latest versions.
- The device is recognized by Windows, but the microphone input remains at zero.
Could you please advise on further troubleshooting steps or provide a patch to resolve this issue? I am happy to share logs or perform additional diagnostics if needed.
