Razer DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed Stuck at 100% Battery on Razer Synapse 4 | Razer Insider

I'm experiencing an issue with my Razer DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed. On Razer Synapse 4, the battery indicator is stuck at 100%, no matter how long I use the mouse. I've tried unplugging and reconnecting the dongle, reinstalling Synapse, and even switching to a different USB port, but the problem persists.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Are there any fixes or workarounds to ensure the battery level is displayed correctly?

I got this issue, too. maybe wait till they have a hotfix or something

Is it possible to test it via bluetooth to check the battery indicator within OS? If it’ll be different than Synapse 4 one (via Hyperspeed dongle) then you can submit a bug by clicking the profile icon in Synapse → Feedback.

Same thing for my Basilisk V3 Hyperspeed.

Tried it with Bluetooth and with the wireless dongle, both have the same problem.

Uninstalled all drivers and Synapse 4, restarted and reinstalled again, but it’s still the same.
I use a standard 1.5V 3000 mAh battery in the mouse for about 3 weeks now, but it still shows 100%.

When I connected it through Bluetooth, Windows 10 also showed 100%. Using the Hyperspeed dongle, no charge indicator in OS devices, but Synapse shows 100%.

same issue on my v3 pro deathadder, it worked fine until 2 days ago when I did a clean reinstall of windows, I reinstalled synapse, the mouse has been 100% since then and constantly giving me notifications of low power even after i charged it for over 3h. it is driving me crazy

Just wanted to add that now, after about 6 weeks of using the same battery, the Razer app shows 99%. I can’t believe it is going down THAT slowly. I do have LED turned off, it only lights up shortly on changing DPI or waking from power safe mode.
