Razer Joro onboard profiles don't work with Synapse 4 + more bugs

Synapse 4 will not save profiles to the Joro onboard memory via USB or 2.4G.

 

Opening Synapse 4 will:

  • reset any profile customisations made directly on the keyboard via FN+Ctrl shortcuts
  • when running on 2.4Ghz, stop multimedia keys (regardless if you hold FN or not) from working until you toggle the “Function Key Primary” setting, or close synpase

    I understand that your Razer Joro is not saving profiles to its onboard memory through either USB or 2.4 GHz mode. Please try the troubleshooting steps below to help resolve the issue:

    1. Access "Control Panel"> "Programs"> "Programs and Features".

    2. Find "Razer Synapse" from the list of programs.

    3. Right-click on it and select the "Repair" option. It may sometimes appear to only have the "Uninstall" option. Go ahead and select Uninstall if the Repair option isn't available. The next window will show the repair option.

    4. The software will reinstall automatically.

    5. After the reinstall process, please terminate all Razer background processes in Task Manager.

    6. Re-run Synapse as an administrator.

    7. Try logging in again.
