razer kraken v3 sidetone delay any fix?

Seems to be a common issue, i have the same problem on Blackshark V2, been more than a month already and no solution.

Any idea how to raise a formal complaint/ticket about this? I have been trawling the Razer website but keep going around in circles or hitting broken web forms. I am not really expecting them to fix it, Razer software seems to be very poor quality, but I would at least like to formally log the problem. Perhaps they can provide a link to an older firmware version that we can roll back to before they broke it?

describes the same thing, plus some possible fixes if you wanna try them.

I wouldn´t mind opening a ticket, they ask for lots of details about your purchase that are non-relevant to the problem. I opened lots of those for past problems and never really got a solution.

The problem with razer software is that they never seem to test what they release on updates, we the users test for them… No other company introduces such broken experiences with software “updates”.
